The solution

Reports are sent on the official WhatsApp Business API — end-to-end encrypted, delivered to the patient's verified WhatsApp number. More secure than email, more traceable than counter handover.

Yes. Any report that can be generated as a PDF can be sent via WhatsPortal. Whether it's a haematology report, an X-ray summary, or a biopsy result — if it's a PDF, WhatsPortal can deliver it.
WhatsPortal connects via webhook. When your LIS or reporting software marks a report as ready and generates the PDF, it sends the file URL and patient details to WhatsPortal, which delivers the WhatsApp message automatically.
You can set up a fallback — if the patient's number is not on WhatsApp, route the report to SMS or flag for physical collection. WhatsPortal's automation can handle the conditional routing.
