Happy customers rarely leave reviews on their own. You have to ask — and you have to ask at the right moment.

01

You deliver 200 orders a day. Manually sending a review request to each customer is impossible. So it doesn't happen. You accumulate a handful of reviews a month and watch competitors with better review systems pull ahead on marketplaces and Google.

02

The best time to ask for a review is within 24–48 hours of delivery — when the experience is fresh and the customer is satisfied. Most businesses miss this window entirely because there's no system to catch it.

03

Email review requests have poor open rates. Customers on mobile — which is most of your buyers — are far more likely to respond on WhatsApp than in an email they'll ignore for three days.

The solution

WhatsPortal sends review requests on WhatsApp at exactly the right moment — automatically, for every delivery.

Delivery-triggered review request

WhatsPortal connects to Shiprocket or Delhivery. The moment a delivery is confirmed, it sends a WhatsApp message asking the customer for their feedback.

How it works

Streamlined automation in four simple steps.

  1. 01

    Connect your delivery platform

Link Shiprocket or Delhivery to WhatsPortal. Every delivered order triggers the review request flow.

  2. 02

    Write your review request

Keep it short, personal, and warm. Include the product name and a direct review link. Submit for Meta template approval.

  3. 03

    Reviews come in on autopilot

Every satisfied customer gets asked. Unhappy ones get support. Your review count grows consistently without manual effort.

  4. 04

    Sync with Shopify & support

Order details and confirmation statuses are automatically updated in Shopify and synced to your helpdesk or CRM.

What our customers say

“We went from 8–10 reviews a month to 40+ after setting up WhatsPortal's review request flow. The unhappy customer routing also helped us catch two issues before they became public complaints.”

FAQ

Common questions about e-commerce review collection

Can I direct customers to multiple review platforms — Google, Shopify, and Trustpilot?

Yes. You can include links to multiple platforms in the message, or split your customer base by segment and direct each group to the most relevant review destination.

What happens if a customer gives a negative rating?

You can configure a conditional branch: if a customer replies with 1 or 2 stars, the conversation is automatically routed to your support team in the shared inbox. They resolve the issue before it becomes a public review.

Does this require Shiprocket or Delhivery?

No. If you use a different logistics provider, you can trigger the review request via a webhook from your own backend — the moment you mark an order as delivered in your system.

What does it cost?

Free plan: ₹0, 100 messages/month. Standard: ₹1,199/month (5,000 messages). Premium: ₹2,499/month (unlimited). All in INR via Razorpay.
