Can I set different intervals for different products?

Yes. You can configure separate reminder flows for each product category — 30 days for monthly supplements, 60 days for 2-month supplies, 14 days for weekly consumables.

What if a customer has already reordered before the reminder fires?

You can configure the automation to check whether a repeat order has been placed before sending the reminder. If they&apos;ve already bought, the message is suppressed.
